We're always walking an extra mile to deliver awesome explainer videos to our customers. We do not haggle on the price though and instead focus on delivering a great result.

What are the payment options?

The majority of our customers use our online credit card order form from Paddle (our payment provider). We're also happy to get you a PO and accept a wire transfer.

Can I pay via PayPal?

Yes! We accept PayPal, and you can use it if that's your preferred payment method.

When should I pay?

We usually require 50% of the amount to be paid in advance and the remaining 50% when the work gets done, but more importantly, when you're happy with the end result.
